The mission of the Douglas County Youth Orchestra is to provide an orchestral musical experience and to supplement  musical education.  DCYO is an non-profit, non-discriminatory organization that brings together Douglas County youth to participate in an affordable, educational program.  DCYO provides orchestral ensembles appropriate to skill level in order to foster their musical understanding, social growth, and self-esteem.
